Council computer waste condemned by Liberal Democrats

Hundreds of brand new lap top computers are being wasted by Barnet Council. Last year, the Council spent almost £1.4 million on 1400 new computers. Over a year later, 100 of these are still un-used and in store. Yet the Tory Deputy Council leader has just signed an order to purchase 300 new machines at a cost of over £275,000
